The Platform is owned and operated by Edukate, Inc. a Florida, corporation (“Edukate”, “we”, or “us”). Information that we collect about you from your use or interaction with the Platform
We will automatically collect information from you each time you visit the Website, including technical information, information about which pages you visit and how long you visit them, and any interaction you have with individual elements on the page, such as scrolling, mouse clicks, mouse movement, etc (“Interaction Information”). Information that you provide is treated consistently with our Privacy Policy. We use Provided Information to provide you with services on the Platform, and to provide you with relevant information from your employer (such as surveys).
We may use Provided information along with other non-identifiable information to understand how our users use and interact with the Platform and to improve and personalize your experience on our Platform. This may include providing information about third-party services that may interest you or your employer. We will use your information for this purpose only if you or your employer, respectively, have given consent to receive marketing information from us.
Under no conditions will personally-identifiable Provided Information be provided to your employer or to third-parties, unless we receive explicit permission from you.
Information that we collect about you from your use or interaction with the Website
We use this information to monitor the Platform for usage, troubleshooting, testing, research, to gauge confidence in Provided Information, and to ensure adherence to the Terms of Use. Cookies

- Cookies are required to use the Edukate service.
- We use cookies to record current session information. You are required to re-login to your Edukate account after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents.
Data Storage
Edukate uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Edukate. Although Edukate owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Edukate application, you retain all rights to your Provided Information.
Once your non-identifiable Provided Information has been commingled and transformed into statistical data or an analyzed dataset, it becomes an intrinsic part of our data (collectively, “Derived Data”) and cannot be removed, however, it will be removed from any future processing and creation of Derived Data.
Disclosure
Edukate may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service or when it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
We may also transfer information about you if Edukate is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Edukate will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Changes
Edukate may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Edukate primary account holder account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
